First is to give clients who are more technical savy a better hosting price. But this also does not mean we are not giving any support. Instead we are providing 24/7 e-mail helpdesk Support, this support is done in cooperation with our US Counterpart where we each take a 12 Hours shift in monitoring our support ticket.
